Reviews and Ratings
Upon my stay at the hotel, I found it to be in a convenient location, nestled between Cancun and Xcaret, Playa del Carmen, and Tulum. The rooms had a very strong mildew odor, which was quite off-putting, and the visible mold in various areas was a big downside. Despite a bit of a crowded feel, the hotel's position by the sea was a nice touch, although lacking in Mexican authenticity. I enjoyed some hit-and-miss live bands at the Veranda Bar, with the Black Sheep Band standing out as quite good.
The hotel rooms were truly stunning and perfect for a romantic getaway, with stylish decor and a slide across door creating a cozy atmosphere. However, there were some issues with noisy construction work we weren't informed about. The service was outstanding and truly made the stay memorable. The location was very convenient for exploring the Riviera Maya. Dining options were limited but enjoyable, and the facilities were well-maintained. It's worth noting that the value for money was good overall, despite minor inconveniences.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with spacious rooms providing a lovely view of the sea from the furnished balcony. The service was outstanding, always aiming to make my stay memorable. The location was convenient, despite needing some updates, and the dining experience offered some delicious options but lacked variety at times.
